How to Grow Miscanthus Giganteus Elephant Grass | Growth Update of Fastest and Tallest Grass

2 years after planting the roots of our Mscanthus Giganteus grass have become established enough to produce shoots of over 12 ft tall. The grass will fill in more in the years to come and each previously planted “plug” should fill an area of 3ft by 3ft.

Rows can be planted behind each other for a denser hedge or a row of trees can be planted on the south side of the Giganteus grass.

Miscanthu Giganteus is a very hardy grass that can grow on minimal water and fertlization.
