On this “On The Hunt” Episode I visit a heavy truck wrecker searching for items for my ongoing projects including my 1979 Peterbilt 359 and my 1979 Kenworth W900A #ProjectSnowman Smokey and the Bandit replica truck.

Incredible how many awesome old twinstick trucks I found that I sure would have liked to take home and add to my collection including old Macks, Fords and Internationals. However, the one I really wanted, and to be honest am considering, is a vintage Hayes logging truck that just screams Old School Cool.

I need another project like I need a hole in the head and like I always say, I’ve got big dreams and empty pockets but it sure is fun to look and I did end up with a few junkyard prizes at the end of the day as a consolation prize.
