As I have been wildly obsessed with Jams this past season I thought it was about time I shared the recipe I've been in love with as of late - along with of course my general starting point!
I hope you enjoy!

Basic Jam Recipe:

4 cups berries
1 - 2 cups of sugar
Juice and zest of one lemon

This Winter/Autumnal Jam Recipe:

4 cups of black berries
1 cup of sugar
Juice and zest of one lemon
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
