【楊桃美食網】如何炸出超大顆的蝦球 How to deep fry extra large shrimp pieces

材料:草蝦蝦仁、酥炸粉、雞蛋1顆、青蔥段

Ingredients:
Shelled giant tiger shrimp, crispy deep-fry flour, 1 egg, and green onion segments

調味料:白胡椒粉、鹽
Seasoning: white pepper, salt

作法:
1.先將蝦仁從背部剖開不要切斷,去腸泥備用。
2.取碗加入酥炸粉、雞蛋與水適量拌勻備用。
3.備油鍋約160度,將處理好的蝦仁裹上作法2的粉漿後下鍋油炸,炸至表面金黃後撈起瀝油。
4.取碗將炸好的蝦球、青蔥段與所有調味料,一起拌勻即可上桌。

Preparation Method:
1. First cut all the shrimp open along the back without severing and remove the visceral waste material.
2. Take a bowl, add the deep-fry flour, egg, necessary amount of water, mix well and set it aside.
3. Heat a pan of oil to about 160 degrees. Gently place the shrimp dipped in the batter from step 2 into the pan and let deep fry until golden brown. Remove them and let drain afterwards.
4. Place the deep fried shrimp pieces, sliced green onions, and all seasonings into the bowl. Toss them well and serve.
