Dental Student's Nighttime Oral Hygiene Routine

Who knew that brushing your teeth could be so technical?! In this video, I show you how I take care of my teeth and mouth and give you some tips along the way to maximize the efficacy of your daily oral hygiene routine.

Here’s some more info on products I use:

Floss: Any waxed floss. Mine is very generic and cost less than $1

Toothpaste: PreviDent (prescription only)

Other toothpastes I recommend: Crest Pro Health

Mouthwash: I didn’t use a mouthwash in this video, but it’s only because I ran out lol Here are some that I recommend!

To keep breath fresh: TheraBreath Mouthwash

For cavity prevention: Listerine Zero Mouthwash
