Where is the Strategic Thinking? - Mohandas Pai

There is a dearth of strategic thinking on issues of international relations and global finance in the government, and thus we are missing many opportunities to further India's global reach. Instead in government circles there is a high level of Delhi-centricsm in policy decisions and an almost complete disregard for southern and eastern regions. Pushing for Hindi and not enough promotion for regional language development are also some other concerns.
