Bacon Wrapped Donut Holes | Pit Boss Pro Series 1600

In todays video I'm doing some bacon wrapped donut holes on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600! I got the idea for these bacon wrapped donut holes from Mark Williams over at Swine Life BBQ. He took his a few steps further than I did, and they looked absolutely delicious, so I opted to do my variation of them! Be sure to check out the link to Mark's video below! I did these bacon wrapped donut holes by half cooking my bacon on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600. 350 degrees for about 10 minutes was all it took, just be sure you don't cook the bacon too much, it should still be pliable. Then take your glazed donut holes, and wrap them with one piece of bacon, and get them on your smoker at 250 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, or until the bacon is done. When the bacon was done, I glazed them with some plain on maple syrup, and let that syrup set up for about 3-5 minutes. Then it was time to try them, and I'm not going to lie....these bacon wrapped donut holes were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend y'all giving them a try!
