Paneer Butter & Tikka Masala, Matter Paneer, Okra, Dal Makhani, Vegetable Curry at Sangeetha, London

✓ In this video we visit one of our favourite veggie places; Sangeetha pure vegetarian restaurant (located in Hounslow West).

The actual recipes for the dishes shown in this video are secret, so we feel very much privileged to get a glimpse into how they are made.

Watch as Bangladesh master chef Madhu (with 35 years cooking experience) prepares favourite dishes such as delicious Paneer Tikka Masala; where the specially marinated paneer chunks are first cooked in the tandoor oven (giving the paneer a delicious smoky barbecue taste) & then wok stir fry blended with a genuinely delicious thick tomato and onion gravy.

In a similar method we also watch Paneer Butter Masala, Matter Paneer, Okra (Bindi / Ladies Fingers), Dal Makhani, Vegetable Curry & yummy fresh tandoori oven cooked Garlic Butter Naan bread being made.

This video gives some idea of what the cook has to do in terms of working very fast (in a busy restaurant environment) to serve hungry waiting diners when cooking up freshly made food..........without the use of a microwave!!!

We can happily confirm that everything we had here was absolutely delicious (as always) !!!

If you sit in Sangeetha Vegetarian restaurant you'd be forgiven if you imagined or thought that it is a South Indian "Masala Dosa" "hotel" or stall (or "Lari") somewhere on the busy, bustling streets or beaches of India - astonishingly the chef was making these Indian street food favourites in the heart of "Proper London" - making them freshly cooked to order and serving them piping hot within a matter of minutes.........delicious restaurant quality food; but at affordable street food prices!!!
