Lomo Saltado Recipe | Peruvian Steak and Fries | Chef Zee Cooks

Lomo Saltado is a traditional Peruvian dish that blends together Hispanic and Asian flavors. This easy to make one pot dish is truly amazing and filled with wonderful bold flavors that will leave you wanting more. Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs Grass-fed Sirloin Steak
1 Lime
¼ tsp Cumin
1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
1 Red Onion
8 Garlic Cloves
2 Plum Tomatoes
½ tsp Grated Ginger
⅓ cup Lite Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbs Aji Amarillo Paste
1 tsp Chopped Cilantro
2 Cups French Fries
Black Pepper to Taste
