In this video, Mitch gives 4 exercises to relieve pain on the outside of the hip. Lateral hip pain can commonly be overcome by strengthening the muscles on the outer hip. In his own experience - the more strength he's added, the better his hip feels. The 4 exercises are sidelying fire hydrant, clam shell, frog stretch, and horse stance. In combination, these exercises help build strength in the muscles of the lateral hip and inner thigh to help relieve hip pain.
