ingredients and recipe

Part 1: cooking 1 cup of rice
▪️ cook rice 1 cup
▪️ 3 cups water
▪️ 1/2 tsp salt
▪️ 1/2 tsp sugar
▪️ 1/4 tsp baking soda

- leave it to cool down a bit for 10 min

Part 2: lightly cook garlic chives
▪️ garlic chives 200g
▪️ 4 cloves garlic
▪️ 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

Part 3: combine everything
▪️ add 1 more cup water into the part 1 rice
▪️ 1 full cup rice flour
( Note: in video the G for flour is not correct) please measure by cup )
▪️ 1 full cup tapioca flour
- stir first before add garlic chives from part 2 in
Sweet fish sauce
▪️ 4 tbsp cooked or filter water
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 2 tbsp fish sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp lime juice
▪️ minced garlic
- red onion and chillies are optional
