Psoas - Top 5 exercises
In this video, I discuss the iliopsoas and the pain that can arise from restrictions in functionality.
With our current culture, that is mostly sedentary and mostly sitting, we are not involved in the right amount of physical stimulation in a variety of activities. This leads to an imbalance in muscle development.
The victims of such sedentary living are key components of our physiology, like the psoas, which is superficially hidden, but is integral to our human movement connecting the torso to the legs.
I perform my top 5 Exercises, that I have used on myself and clients to great success to strengthen the psoas.
