📥 We’re thrilled to share that “Quadria” in St. Petersburg, crafted by “Baltic Commerce” and designed by the visionary “Project Culture” architectural bureau, is now a proud applicant for the 7th Golden Trezzini Awards in the prestigious “Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate” category.

🏛️ The southern section’s light beige façade harmoniously merges with its historic and contemporary neighbors, boasting a richly decorated exterior that echoes in the French balcony railings’ metalwork. Topped with a mansard floor featuring private viewing terraces, this part of “Quadria” is a serene retreat, nestled behind lush trees and overlooking a quaint square reminiscent of Petrograd’s finest traditions.

🏢 Contrastingly, the northern section’s minimalist design presents a striking counterpoint. Its dark gray clinker brick façade exudes a stoic elegance, complementing the residential tapestry of the area. The modern structure’s stepped architecture is not just a visual delight but also hosts expansive private terraces, offering residents unparalleled vistas of St. Petersburg’s historical heart, the Neva delta’s expanse, the iconic bridge cables, and Krestovsky Island’s verdant allure.

The motto of the Awards is 'Architecture as Art'.

The main prize is a gilded figurine of Domenico Trezzini, the first architect of St Petersburg.

We invite architects, restorers, interior and set designers, exhibition creators, sculptors, and architecture students to submit their work.

Selected winners will be featured in the State Museum's permanent collection.
