A vile paedophile that was sentenced to five years and four months in August 2020 has been RELEASED

John Wray from Byker, Newcastle boasted online about belonging to paedophile chatrooms where sharing child sexual abuse videos is a condition of membership.

The fitness coach said he was ‘into birth and upwards when it came to sexual images and videos’ when chatting online.

Using the alias James Craig, he offered to take two 14-year-old girls shopping for ‘underwear and bikinis’ and said he wanted their friends, as young as nine, to dance topless for him in a hot tub.

When a paedo huntinhg team confronted him on camera at his home in Byker, Newcastle, he claimed he was also a paedophile hunter and had helped convict 500 sexual predators.

But what he didn’t know was that the children he was chatting to in July were actually adult members of paedophile hunter groups called The Soloceptors/Soul Survivors.

Upon examining the pervert’s phone, police discovered a 50 second clip of child sexual abuse and found he was a member of child exploitation groups.

Wray was a convicted paedophile and already had convictions for engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and making indecent photos of children
