Car Problems

The plaintiff claims he purchased a Porsche from the defendant, but the guy’s place burned down before he could pick it up and the fire damaged the car he had already paid for. He is suing for his money back on the car, plus work that needs to be done on the vehicle. The defendant states that the car was located far away from the fire and only suffered minor damage. He told the plaintiff he would fix it, but he had to wait till he got the all-clear from the fire department. The defendant claims that the plaintiff snuck onto his property and took the keys to the Porsche without authorization.
