Nicola Sturgeon - Extend the Brexit Transition Period Boris!

First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, has called on Boris Johnson to extend the Brexit Transition Period. This is to avoid compounding the problems the country faces dealing with the pandemic, the new strain and the stockpiling and tailbacks at the ports. Boris Johnson held a COBRA meeting on Monday morning to assess the impact of the crisis, however I think it is unlikely he will ask for an extension at this time. It may be technically impossible, but not politically.
