Building Our Backyard RC Park… But This Might Be TOO Tight | RC ADVENTURES

For years, this space behind our home was nothing but thick bramble, tangled brush, and ground you couldn’t even walk through.

Clearing it wasn’t easy. It took time, effort, and a lot of persistence… but little by little, it opened up. And as it did, an idea started to take shape.

Now it’s becoming something real.

A backyard scale RC park — built by hand, piece by piece, using what the land gives us.

There’s something about being out here that brings everything back to center. No noise. No rush. Just dirt under the tires, the sound of the wind through the trees, and time that finally feels like it slows down.

Being RCSparks has meant years of building, filming, and chasing the next big idea. But these days, something has shifted. There’s finally time to focus on this kind of fun again… the simple kind.

This section you’re seeing is brand new. First runs. First obstacles. First time testing lines that didn’t even exist not long ago.

And the best part… doing it together.

It’s been a long time since the three of us — Mom, Dad, and Moe — have been out trailing like this. No pressure. No schedule. Just being outside, building something with our hands, and enjoying it side by side.

And of course… Pinky made it out.

Jem’s truck has always had its own personality — bright, bold, and never afraid to take a line that looks just a little too tight. Watching Pinky nose up to that culvert entrance today felt like a perfect reflection of this whole build… a bit of uncertainty, a bit of challenge, and just going for it anyway.

That truck has been through a lot with us over the years. Seeing it out here again, tackling something new on land we shaped ourselves… that hits different.

This park isn’t just about RC trucks.

It’s about building something meaningful.
It’s about making space for time together.
It’s about appreciating the simple moments while you’re in them.

Because in the end… this is what home really feels like.

And this is just the beginning.
