In this video, I'll show you how to animate TikTok subtitles using VEED, link above.

Upload your video to VEED and click on the subtitles tab on the left tool bar, then select auto subtitles. Choose the language being spoken in your TikTok video, then click create subtitles.

You may notice some orange highlighted words, these are words that the AI is unsure of, so double check these words before moving on. You can edit any errors by highlighting the word, deleting it and typing out the correct word or spelling.

You can customise the subtitles by clicking on the Styles button and changing the font, size and colour. You can click and drag the subtitle box anywhere on the video canvas, and just be aware of the TikTok tool bar, that may cover your subtitles.

To animate the subtitles, click on the Animation button. Hover your mouse over each one to see how they will animate your subtitles. Box Highlight is a popular TikTok subtitling animation. You can also add an effect behind the words, such as Shadow, to help make them stand out. You can also change the colour of the effect here too.

You can even change the colour of individual words to make them more eye catching. Highlight the word in the subtitle window, then hover your mouse over it until you see the pain bucket. Click the paint button and select the colour you want to use.

Once you've finalised the animated TikTok subtitles, click the Done button in the top right corner and select your render settings. Make sure the Burn Subtitles button is toggled and click Export Video. Once VEED has rendered out your TikTok you can download it and share it to the platform.
