Six year recall of an old case.Patient reported with severe pain and swelling in 23 region. Heavy restorations in 22,23,On cold test 23 didn't show any response where as 22 showed delayed response. So decided to do rct of 23.Multiple visit rct of 23 completed.23 was having two canals.On further recalls the patient was asymptomatic. But the lesion was not healing radiographically even after two years, especially in 22 region.Also on further recall the 22 was not showing realonse to cold test. Completed rct of 22 also in two visits. Intracanal medicament used - Double antibiotic paste( metro plus cipro), Sonic and Manual dynamic agitation of irrigation solutions (17%EDTA, 5%Na Hypo), Sealer-Bio root RCS, Obt Tech- Ultrasonic aided lateral Compaction.
