Non surgical management of large Periapical lesion.Swelling on labial aspect of 31,41 region.On cold test -31showed no response,32,41,42 showed positive response.Root canal treatment started in 31 with Metapex placed as ICM for few months as the patient was working out of state.After 4 months on recall, patient was clinically asymptomatic and there was radiographic evidence of healing.Obturation completed with Ultrasonic aided lateral compaction,Sealer used- BIo C sealer( Angelus).
