来做网红的“雪花酥”。做法很简单，30分钟搞定，又是免烤食谱，不试做还有些对不起自己，哈哈。口感触在牛扎糖和萨其马中间，松脆酥软。里面有饼干咸味，蔓越莓干酸味，开心果杏仁香脆，搭配起来不甜不腻，淡奶香味,越吃越喜欢。觉得好吃过牛扎糖了。还可以塑造成可爱的心型。

Made viral "Snowflake Crisp". The method is very simple, complete in 30 minutes, plus it's a no-bake recipe. I felt sorry if I don't try it, haha. The taste linger between the texture of nougat and Shaqima, crunchy yet soft. Within there is saltiness of crackers, tanginess of dried cranberries, crunchiness of salted pistachio and almond, combined together not sweet nor greasy. Light milky flavor, the more I taste it, the more I like it. Personally I think it is more delicious than nougat. It can also be shaped into a lovely heart shape.

155克 棉花糖
40g 无盐牛油
1g 盐
40g 奶粉
60g 蔓越莓干
30g 有盐开心果
30g 有盐杏仁
180g 韧性饼干
两面洒奶粉

155g Marshmallow
40g Unsalted Butter
1g Salt
40g Milk Powder
60g Dried Cranberries
30g Salted Pistachio
30g Salted Almond
180g Tough Crackers
Sprinkle Milk Powder on both sides
