Muriwai Beach - The Gannet Rock

Hello & welcome back to another video of the Muriwai series! I'm super excited to bring this video to my audience. The reason is that I managed to capture some of the very few Gannets left at Muriwai in the winter season!

It's not often these incredible birds nest during winter in New Zealand. In the summer these rocks are covered! As you can see from the groves in the rocks these birds chip away & nest here for months on end
