The Best Warm Up & Mobility Routine For Kettlebell Training - (FULL BODY)

In order to full enjoy your kettlebell training, you want to setup a proper warm up and mobility routine; which I am going to show you in this video. We believe in our modified version of a philsophy, that originated from Functional Movement Systems: Move well with your bodyweight only, before moving often under load.
Before we get started, we want to differentiate between two things.
First differentiation happens between the levels. The first routine is more dynamic and easier to do, the other one is more static and harder in difficulty. Second, you can qualify your warm up into two categories:
1- Mobility: This is where we mobilize your joints to get the sinovial fluids flowing and loosen up muscles.
2- The Dynamic warm up to get your heart rate up: Mountain Climbers, Running, Jumping jacks and so forth.
In this video, we focus on the mobility aspect of the warm up.
Routine 1 - Easy
1. Neck Up & Down - Side To Side
2. Shoulder Rolls (Back & Forth)
3. Shoulder Alternating (Back & Forth)
4. Shoulder Circles (Back & Forth)
5. Torso Rotation (Slow To Fast)
6. Hips Side To Side (Slow To Fast)
7. Hip Cirlces (Back & Forth)
8. Leg Circles (Easy To Hard - Back & Forth)
9. Leg Kicks (Slow To Fast)
10. Spine Flexion & Hyperextension & Rotation
Routine 2 - Advanced
1. Worlds greatest stretch
2. Spine & Hip Mobility
3. Rotator Cuff & Glute Activation
4. Posterior Chain Stretch
5. Chest & Spine Mobility
6. Lat & Glute Stretch
7. Lat Stretch Level 2
8. Piriformis & Sciatic Mobility
9. Abdominals & Upper Body Mobility
10. Chest Stretch Level 2 (Bodyweight Armbar)
11. Full Body Scorpion
Three Bonus Exercises
1. BONUS: Back Extension Level 1
2. BONUS: Back Extension Level 2
3. BONUS: Upper Back Stretch
