ACCESS California Annual Report

The ACCESS Annual Report showcases the efforts and accomplishments of the client stakeholder community in shaping behavioral health policy at the State and local level in fiscal year 2024-2025. In partnership with organizations who serve persons with behavioral health conditions at the intersections of poverty, healthcare access, homelessness, and carceral systems throughout California, ACCESS has allowed the stakeholders who are directly affected by policy changes to come together to teach, learn and do. The Annual Report highlights the perspectives, work, and accomplishments of this organizational collaboration as well as the grassroots efforts by individual members of our community.
