WEEKLY WW FREESTYLE MEAL PREP | COPYCAT STARBUCKS EGG WHITE BITES, OATMEAL PROTEIN NUT BARS, & MORE!
Another yummy affordable meal prep for the week on WW Freestyle ✨
BREAKFAST:
COPYCAT STARBUCKS EGG WHITE BITES / MADE 6 BITES AND 1 IS ONLY 1 SMART POINT
What you will need:
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup monterey jack shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup low fat 1% cottage cheese
- 1/3 roasted red pepper
- salt n pepper
Cut up spinach and peppers, add to bowl, mix all other ingredients into bowl, place into a sprayed muffin pan and bake on 350 for 20-25 min. Checking half way thru.
* note I have a gas oven so cooking time may differ from yours*
LUNCH:
ASIAN GROUND BEEF LETTUCE WRAPS / MADE 4 SERVINGS ABOUT 1 CUP IS 4 SMART POINTS
What you will need:
- 16oz 94 /4 lean ground beef
- 3 tsp sesame oil (1 of those tsp is for the pan to cook beef )
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1tsp sesame seeds
- green onions
- season with salt n pepper, garlic n onion powder, asian pepper powder
( add to taste everyone is different so I don't put measurements for this)
Mix everything into a bowl, cook beef in pan until cooked and serve with lettuce.
SNACK:
OATMEAL PROTEIN BARS/ MADE 6 BARS AND 1 BAR IS 4 SMART POINTS
!! TOPPED WITH PB2 BUTTER!!
PB2 PEANUT BUTTER
- 3 tbsp pb2 powder
- 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
- 1 tbsp cashew milk
Mix all together in a jar until smooth

What you will need:
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked oats
- 1/4 cup pb2 peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond slices
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
topped with 1 tbsp pb2 butter
Mix all ingreidents together, place in a casserole dish lined with parchment paper, bake on 375 for 20 - 25 minutes.
* note I have a gas oven so cooking time may differ from yours*
DINNER:
ALFREDO CHICKEN PASTA/ MADE 7 SERVINGS AND 1 CUP IS A SERVING FOR 5 SMART POINTS
What you will need:
- 15oz Classico Light Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 9 oz Barilla Protein Plus Rotini Pasta uncooked
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/3 cup roasted red pepper
- salt n pepper, garlic n onion powder, dried oregano
Cook your chicken and dice it up into small pieces, boil your pasta, once its cooked add everything into bowl, mix together.
