Aspergers and Anxiety in Adults: The REAL experience!

I felt that not enough YouTubers are willing to give their real-world perspective on what it's like to experience Anxiety as a result of Asperger's Syndrome, so here I am to talk about it!

Asperger's frequently is experienced with one or more co-morbid mood disorders; in my case (as described below), I suffered extensively with both depression and anxiety. Thankfully, depression is not so present for me these days - but the anxiety is still very high! I am told this is very common among those of us with Asperger's Syndrome and ASD in general.

I started this channel with the hopes of being a 'real voice' of those behind the scenes, suffering in silence. Life is a struggle for all of us, that's for sure - but with a condition like Asperger's, it can seem just that bit tougher! I've always felt that people who share an experience need to connect and talk about it openly. That way we can feel just that little bit less alone in this world!
