Angel Leucistic Red Tailed Hawk ~ Deyani Versus The Rogue Pine Cone! 😂 Window To Wildlife 6.11.23

A pine cone falls from the tree and lands on the nest and startles Deyani again :) Deyani looks at the rogue pine cone for a long time before finally going on the attack with stomping it, trying to shred it, side kick it, leaping in the air and grabbing at it. Deyani finally just settles down and grips it with its talons and tries to shred it as if prey. I would give this match to Deyani lol 😂 Deyani ends up sleeping on the pine cone and then tries to shred it again. Thank you for watching!

Angel - Female, 7+ years of age, Leucistic (White)
Unnamed Mate- Male, 3+ years of age, Normal Coloration
Nest: 40 feet tall, 3 feet long x 1.5 feet wide, human-reinforced nest
Cams: Above the nest is a tiny pinhole cam so we don't intrude into the small nest, this cam does not have IR (night vision). We have a long-range PTZ cam in a distant tree, with IR and Mic.
