SWFL Eagles ~ Bold Intruder Steals Fishtail From Nest! E22 Lunges & Defends! M15 At Pond 3.10.23

The intruder returned and flew into the treetop and the E's were watchful on the nest. E21 just moved away from the right side of the nest when the intruder dropped down and snatched a fishtail with nesting material in their talons and flew off with it. E22 immediately lunges at the intruder to defend the nest (or food!) The intruder flew to the front pine and then left and headed off towards the church area. I included in regular time and slomo.

E21 went right back to winging across the nest to the rails and back. M15 is seen flying in to the pond and he gets a few sips of water before flying to the DSPS and then back to the U Branch where we have some nice closeups of our majestic Dad! ♥ He brought in four fish today and both E's ate well and had full crops at the end of the day. He is such an amazing provider! M15 settles in on the attic and so far tonight there is no intruder perched in the treetop. Thank you for watching!
