My Experience Using a Sunrise Alarm Clock for 30 Days | Best Sleep Ever

For the past few years, I have been making conscious efforts to get better sleep. By making sure I get 8-10 hours a night, not using any tech, drinking caffeine or working out before bed, sleeping in a cold dark place and sleeping/waking up at the same time every day.
