Today we demonstrate how to get to a positive-focused tapping sequence to reinforce positive outcomes without bypassing the negative emotions that existed.

We used a recent in-person workshop Nicole held to model the sequence, addressing her long-standing public speaking anxiety.
This particular sequence moved from acknowledging pre-event fear to expressing openness for future ease, culminating in a "The truth is..." round to anchor the positive outcome.

Remember - tapping is an ongoing practice for forming new patterns, not a one-time fix for deeply ingrained reactions.
