How to Install Vinyl Flooring | Show Me Construction

In this video, I will show you how to install vinyl flooring. It is quick and easy to do. Vinyl provides a solid waterproof floor and has virtually no odor. This is a 5mm vinyl floor from Lumber Liquidators. The carpet is from Home Depot. Here is a list of tools you'll need to make the installation process smooth.
Tools:
- Hammer
- Any Flooring Installation Kit for Vinyl, Laminate and Hardwood Flooring found at your local hardware store.
- Sheet rock knife with a new blade
- Square Triangle Tool (for straight cutting)
- Measuring Tape
To Install and Attach the Carpet:
- Sheet Rock Knife (for cutting)
- Roberts Indoor/Outdoor 3 in. x 15 ft. Double-Sided Carpet Tape Roll (Home Depot). This stuff is very strong! We used it directly on top of the old tile floor in place of tack strip.
