I always make sure to listen to my body and eat what makes me feel my best. Sometimes it's super healthy food and sometimes it's not. I don't restrict and make sure to eat until I'm satisfied. Therefore sometimes I had 2nd portions of meals which I didn't film.. the video would be crazy long otherwise haha
