Better Manage Feelings of Loneliness and Isolation - A Guided Meditation (Sleep Hypnosis)

This relaxing, uplifting Guided #Meditation is for all of you who during these difficult and challenging times we are living, have experienced feelings of #loneliness and #isolation.

Loneliness is very much part of our biology, it’s a bodily function which makes us pay attention to our social needs in the same way hunger makes us pay attention to our physical needs.

Your body has been conditioned by evolution to care about your social needs because eons ago, back to when we were still living in caves, being together as a group increased our chances at survival.

And even though as a species we now have evolved tenfold, we are still biologically fined tuned in being with each other.

The practice today will focus on identifying both the psychological and physiological reactions which loneliness bring about in you and with the help of positive imagery make those feelings more manageable.
The powerful and beneficial suggestions you will be listening to whilst in a relaxing meditative state will help you take the edge off and better deal with any feelings of loneliness or isolation which you may have been experiencing during lockdown but also generally.
