🌞 What You’ll Need:
✔️ A sturdy chair
✔️ 8 minutes and an open mind

🌿 What’s Inside This Practice:
Short warm-up to wake up the joints
3 morning stretches:
• Chair-Assisted Downward Dog
• Crescent Lunge (using the chair for support)
• Extended Side Angle Stretch
