What's the Difference between the Macaron and Pastel Colored Pencil sets by Brutfuner?

I couple of months ago I tried out the Macaron set of 50 pencils from Brutfuner which was a dupe of the Holbein pastel set. You can see the review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONveLtMduEk

TLDR: I recommend the Square Brutfuner and Macaron Brutfuner sets.

Many viewers found the Brutfuner pastel set of 80 and ordered it but I was concerned that it was not the same pencil so today I am comparing the two sets so you can see the difference between the sets.

The color palette and formulations are slightly different between all 4 of the Brutfuner sets I have. I suspect this is because these pencils are made at different factories.

The Macaron set of 50 feels the most similar to Prismacolor premier but the colors are copying the Holbein color palette (boldly copying by name and color number, even the font and build is similar!) https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003611785898.html?spm=a2g0o.store_pc_home.productList_2001791834495.pic_0

The Brutfuner 80 Set has been sold on Amazon with "pastel" in the title and it has caused a lot of confusion although they have removed the word "pastel" from the listing now. I'd call this Tropical because of the neons, teal blues, and a few pastels and sandy tones. It's a really odd palette. The leads are the thinnest of all of the Brutfuner pencils and my least favorite. The 520 sets of Brutfuner pencils are decent budget quality pencils falling between the Macaron and the Squares in feel (the squares are much better in my opinion and cheaper by the set) they are fairly well made but if you were considering spending over $100 on a budget set of pencils you would do better (in my opinion create better quality art) putting that money into a smaller set of professional pencils as the pigmentation on these are a bit weak and it takes more colors to form a blend that you could achieve more easily with fewer colors of a pro brand for the same price.
