My 3 Easy & Healthy Breakfast Recipes! Gluten Free & Vegetarian Options - Avocado Toast w/ Egg, Tasty Overnight Oats, & My Favorite Green Smoothie // Sami Clark
Hi everyone!
How are you doing? I’m praying that everyone is healthy and that you’re loved ones are safe no matter where you or they are in the world.
So I’m little nervous, but really excited to jump into this space with all of you! I’ve been filming with my friend Sanne, who has really inspired me to start creating and sharing videos with you guys here! I filmed this last week and wanted to share three easy breakfasts that can take less than 20 minutes to make and for all my meal prepping friends out there on Youtube, all of these could take less than five minutes.
For all my avocado toast loving friends, I put my gluten free recipe in this video. I also included a smoothie and a really really tasty easy to make overnight oats recipe that I highly recommend you try. Let me know what you think about these as I want to start sharing what I do on the channel for food, my overall health, and how I stay in shape!

Breakfast Recipes -
Overnight Oats
½ cup GF Rolled Oats
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
Mango Dream Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup almond milk
1 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop bone broth protein
3-4 ice cubes
Avocado Toast
1 original rice cake
½ avocado
1 boiled egg (tofu or chickpeas)
Sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning
