Welcome to introduce with our New hydrodynamic rotary cavitation steam generator GVER 022 model2 Universal - made in Ukraine, research laboratory GverLab.

This video shows the parameters of testing water vapor temperature, water vapor pressure, pressure of water supplied to the generator, operating current of our electric motor.

Everything is normal - the updated steam generator works stably, reliably and perfectly.

Main technical characteristics of the steam generator:
- Electric power consumption - 23 kW
- The amount of steam produced - 40 kg / hour
(or 100 kg a mixture of steam and water wiyh temperature - 90 ° С)
- Working outlet steam temperature - till 150 ° С
- Working pressure of team at the outlet - till 0,4 МПа

The technology is based on the phenomenon of cavitation, mechanical friction between fluid layers and rotor discs, as well as complex processes taking place inside the generator. The tasks of our projects are to create devices that will allow for a more efficient conversion of electrical energy into heat.

Application.
General industry:
- in production processes, including heat treatment: heating, degreasing and steam cleaning, steam cooking, sterilization; disinfection and processing of dairy, meat and fish products;
- in processes requiring washing with parallel sterilization and disinfection of
equipment for food products, oil and other similar technologies.
Construction:
- production of building materials, concrete processing, heating of sand and gravel;
- execution of construction works before concreting: cleaning reinforcing steel
from ice and snow, cleaning the foundation formwork;
- in woodworking industry for wood drying;
Oil production:
- cleaning from paraffin dirt inside oil and gas pipelines, including field repair work;
Agriculture:
- antibacterial disinfection of tanks for water and milk, humidification and heating
of air (in
greenhouses), in animal husbandry for the preparation of compound feed.
In other industries:
- cleaning and washing of parts of vehicle units and various technological equipment,
cleaning of railway tanks, defrosting and heating of collectors,
valves and fasteners of all types and purposes;
- mobile backup steam generator for emergencies in the cold season.
