Cavitation hydrodynamic rotary device Gver011 - For producing heat, composite liquid fuel, mixtures, and for the water purification and disinfection.

Principle of action and main advantages Cavitation hydrodynamic rotary device Gver011 uses hydrodynamic cavitation and friction during rotor rotation for the heating of the liquids as well as for mixing and homogenization of various liquid fuels with water, liquid components for the formation of stable, finely dispersed emulsions.
Designed on the basis of classical Griggs cavitation rotary heat generators.

Main application of Cavitation hydrodynamic rotary device Gver011 is to produce the heat - efficient, fast, economical, safe heating of water up to 90 degrees Celsius.

In addition, our device Gver011 makes it possible to produce a variety of stable liquid
fuel mixtures (emulsions, composite fuel) based on water, oil, waste oil.

And for the Water purification and disinfection - Gver011 can be used to treat sewage sludge, in particular conditioning excess activated sludge prior to dewatering, and water disinfection.
After treatment of waste water by our mixer Gver011 with a volume of up to 1.5 m3 per hour, a laboratory measurement of bacteriological parameters was carried out (general and thermotolerant colimorphic bacteria in 100 ml of CFU, pathogenic microorganisms) - none were detected. Parasitological parameters (helminth eggs, intestinal protozoan cysts) were not found.
A hydrodynamic cavitation mixer for conditioning wastewater sludge, in particular excess active slurry prior to dehydration, for processes for biologically cleaning wastewater, and for disinfecting the water. The mixer carries out an intensive hydrodynamic action ensuring cellular destruction of micro-organisms in the active slurry and removal of pathogenic microflora and helminth eggs from the liberated moisture, and ensures that the wastewater sludge coagulates without the use of coagulants and flocculants.
