Reverse Kegels for men are exercises for the male pelvic floor muscles. These exercises are sometimes called 'Pelvic Drops'. The short term benefits of doing reverse Kegels are very different to those gained from doing regular Kegels even though they both involve exercise techniques using the same pelvic floor muscles in men.
Doing reverse Kegels may help you manage and overcome pelvic floor spasm and some specific long-term pelvic floor problems including pelvic pain, bladder leakage and/or some bowel emptying problems.
