How Can a gardener Give? 🤷🏼♀️Wreaths for the Seniors + a bit of farming👩🏼🌾
Making four Christmas Wreaths for the local senior center. Three with faux decorations and one with fresh greenery. I used grapevine wreath forms (from Walmart) to make these. I also used Wilt Stop on the fresh greenery to help make it last longer. You can find Wilt Stop possibly at your local garden center or online through Amazon. You’ll need to keep Wilt Stop indoors so it will not freeze but be sure to spray your greenery outdoors.
I had most of the faux greenery and decor for the faux decorated wreaths in my supplies so I basically just needed to purchase the ribbon (from Michael’s) and the wreath forms from Walmart.
The fresh greenery and pinecones were from here on our farm. I used paddle wire and a hot glue gun to attach the fresh greenery and pinecones. I also made little hangers for the top of each wreath from the paddle wire.
