Hip Bridging - Multiple Sclerosis Exercise
Multiple Sclerosis Exercise - The HIP BRIDGE is one of my FAVORITE exercises, but it MUST BE DONE WELL.
YOU MUST:
- lift from your hips
- avoid arching your low back
- keep your abs pulled down
*** NOTE: IF YOUR HAMSTRINGS CRAMP- move your feet closer to you
This exercise is a FANTASTIC POSTERIOR CHAIN builder.
HIP BRIDGES improve the strength of your posterior chain which will improve:
- Foot drop
- low back pain
- hip flexor strength
- balance
- standing upright
- fall prevention
The glutes drive human standing, balancing, and walking. The more you practice and improve the Brain Booty connection, the safer and more confident your brain will feel up on your feet and performing ALL types of exercise.
