A New Setter With Some Amazing Tricks

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits can repeat along such a diagonal if allowed by other rules. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. The digits in each cage, when added together, sum to the same total for each cage.
