Mutton Paya is a traditional South Asian dish made from the trotters or feet of a goat or lamb. This dish is popular in Pakistan, India & Bangladesh. It is considered a hearty and nutritious dish, known for its collagen-rich gelatin and the depth of flavors derived from the bones and spices used in the cooking process.

Ingredients:
Smooth Paste:
Tomato- 1 medium size
Onion- 1 medium size
Ginger- 1 inch
Green Chili- 3pcs

Pressure Cooker:
Mutton Paya (goat trotters)- 500 gm
Salt as per taste
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
Garlic- 4 bulbs
Oil- 100 ml
Water- 1 lit EA
Black Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-- 1 tsp
Kewra Water- 1 tbsp

For garnish:
Coriander Leaves
Ginger – 1 tbsp julienne
Green Chili- 1 pc chopped
