Meditation for Peace in Ukraine

There IS something we can do in our efforts to help those who are suffering. We may feel helpless when reading about, listening to, or watching reports of the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Ukraine. This brief meditation harnesses the power of our thoughts to generate loving-kindness, hope, love and positivity and send it out as a great light to the dark places of the world. Meditation, individual and collective, acts like prayer and blessing to create a force field of light and energy. Please share this video to anyone you think may like it.
