So yes, we've reached the point in my weight journey to where my go-to pants no longer fit. Which has become a psychological issue as I don't know if it's bc I've gained more weight or because I've gotten muscular. Goody(box). More-so, I think it's also time for me to confront some past trauma that has me feeling certain ways about myself.
