Nearly run over - Methhead bike rider

The City of Napa has the biggest meth problem in the Bay Area. Lots of vagrants, homeless, crackheads and methheads inhabit areas of downtown Napa. They're either too poor to drive or they have such an extensive drug history that they've had their driver licenses revoked. As such, many of them ride their bikes to the nearest convenience stores to buy their booze and cigs. They have no regard for their own safety, let alone the rules of the road.

You might say I'm assuming too much here. Well, maybe. However, no bicyclist in their right mind would ride the way this guy did and with no helmet, no less. The only reason I can conclude that this guy would ride as if he had a death wish is that he is a drug addict. I mean look at him! No helmet, unkempt, and a cigarette hanging out of his mouth while riding without a care in the world, while riding blind into traffic.

The next driver may not have such good reflexes to avoid hitting him if he keeps up his suicidal riding!
