Intoxicated JUNKIE Draws Police, EMT Response

During a routine hike at a nature park, an addict acting strangely ends up on the ground surrounded by police, with an ambulance and fire truck responding to the scene. I have no idea of the outcome, but the police were talking to him and asking him questions while he was laying on the ground, including questions like, "How much of it did you take?"
