Saint Patrick's Day in Morocco Souk, Mor Acro Buys Everything GREEN at Moroccan Market

Aourir, Morocco, just north of Agadir is home to our Saint Patrick's Day Celebration in Morocco. We celebrate by going to the weekly souk and focusing our buying power on all things green. It seems to be the green season, as there was so much to choose from. After exploring banana beach we head to the souk and buy split peas, cabbage, green beans, zuchinni, broccoli, celery, spinach, apples, lettuce, leeks, and more green vegetables. Of course we could not forget our berries today, finding Moroccan grown strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. The winter orange season must be coming to an end as prices have increased this week.
