RUMPS/AMPS Wash Routine - Cloth Pads, Menstrual Cups, Sea Sponge Tampons

Overview of my monthly washing and sanitizing routine.

*NOTE: I let my sea sponges air dry before putting them in the wetbag (which I leave open). I should have explained that a little more before moving on.

This is what I have found works best for me based on years of cloth pad use. But please keep in mind that what works best for one, may be slightly different for another.
