Trip Report | Utair Boeing 767-200 (Economy) | Moscow (VKO) - Sochi

Hello friends! The end of December was a busy time - sadly not much content for you. In the stories you could see that we flew a lot at the end of last year. And today we posted a new and unique review!

We managed to take a ride on a rare aircraft - Boeing 767-200. A year ago, less than 20 passenger versions of this aircraft were in operation. The pandemic has likely reduced the number even further.

Our current aircraft VP-BAI began his career in Continental 19,5 years ago, and after its merger with United, it was operated by the founding father of Star Alliance until 2012.

Those who have flown a 767 in Russia will be surprised by the updated interior. Despite the age of the aircraft, the panels there are like the on the newest 777 thanks to the former American owners. It was very pleasant to fly, especially considering that not long ago this plane carried passengers from New York to London, Frankfurt and Rome.
